However I clicked properties on the CSR OSD task in task manager and found its associated. CSR is silicon labs BT Driver, so if you have anything bluetooth, it has that driver and CSR OSD comes in the stackup. So if its a pain, just ending task on "CSR OSD settings" is only a temp fix until you reboot. That program all it does is give that notification. I found a permanent fix thats better than ending the CSR OSD (on screen display) settings app. PERMANENT FIX WILL WORK AFTER RE-BOOTING ENDING TASK ONLY FIXES UNTIL RE-BOOT
